BackUpPlan.netPresentation Broadcaster

Prepared is professional.

Give your presenters another way to share their slides when things don’t cooperate.

Prepare a presentation in BackUpPlan.net, then give your audience a Speakable Address™ or QR code. They can open the slides in a browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, even when the room’s screen isn’t available.

Keep ideas moving.

Your team has put work into the meeting. The ideas in your slides should reach the people who came to see them.

If things go wrong, and they often do, your team has a practical next step. BackUpPlan.net gives presenters a prepared route to their audience’s devices.

Prepare. Then present.

01

Prepare your slides.

Upload your presentation and review the rendered slides. Check that the text and layout look right before you need them.

02

Choose access.

Decide whether viewers can see the presentation using its Speakable Address™, require a passcode, or must sign in with their BackUpPlan.net account.

03

Share the route.

Share the presentation’s Speakable Address™ with your audience or its QR code.

04

Guide the room.

Use Tandem Mode™ to broadcast slides to every device simultaneously. Viewer Self Pacing™ lets audience members revisit slides you’ve already revealed, then return to the current slide.

Built for your team.

Questions, answered.

What should we prepare before a presentation?

Upload the deck, review the rendered slides, choose viewer access, and test the Speakable Address™ on another device. Check the internet connection and rehearse what you’ll tell the audience if the room’s screen becomes unavailable.

How does the audience open the slides?

Viewers open the Speakable Address™ or scan its QR code in a browser. The access setting you choose determines whether they also need a passcode or a BackUpPlan.net account.

Can several people present together?

Team Present™ allows up to five authorized users to control a shared deck. This is presentation control, not slide editing.

Can viewers look back at an earlier slide?

Viewer Self Pacing™ lets viewers revisit slides already revealed during the presentation, then return to the current slide.

What happens to animations and video?

The audience sees rendered slides. Animations, transitions, and embedded video are not delivered as those original effects. Review the rendered presentation before using it with an audience.

What can we upload?

Upload accepts PDF, PowerPoint, Keynote, PNG, and JPEG files. Check the rendered result before presenting.

What should we know about Keynote?

Native Keynote conversion can send the file to Apple’s iWork export service, which temporarily stores it on Apple servers. The upload flow lets you enable or decline that conversion. If you decline, export a PDF from Keynote and upload the PDF instead.

Who is the Business offer for?

Business is for companies with up to 50 employees. Enterprise is for companies with more than 50 employees, including buyers who value SSO, analytics and custom capabilities.

Can every team member manage billing?

Company billing is reserved for the account owner. Additional administrators and members do not receive company billing access. Users can update their own first and last names in Manage Account.

What does the trial require?

Add a payment method to begin the seven-day trial. The selected Business subscription is not charged that day. Monthly Business is available for $18 per licensed user per month; annual Business is available for $180 per licensed user per year.
